With her Bollywood debut—the much awaited Student Of The Year 2—just around the corner, Ananya Panday has been, predictably, out and about on the social circuit. Spotted at Karan Johar’s Diwali bash in a statement-making pistachio green ensemble by Anushka Khanna, Panday styled her outfit with a pair of silver earrings and metallic heels. After acing decadent lehengas by Sabyasachi and Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Panday decided to ditch the classics for something more interesting. Her Anushka Khanna look comprised of an embroidered bustier and matching straight fit pants, layered with a long, embellished cape. The ensemble, while featuring a contemporary silhouette, worked perfectly for the festive occasion thanks to the intricate mirror detailing. A touch of nude on lips, a some kohl and a swipe of highlighter completed her look. While the Diwali celebrations are now at their end, the look makes for a great option for the next poolside wedding celebration you have on your calendar.
